Responsibilities:

• Work all open items for Workers Compensation and No Fault claims
• File HP1s/ Arbitration forms as needed
• Call on controverted claims for current status
• Work all claims that have errors on iHFCA website
• Update training department regarding any changes related to WC
• Identify account issues/ trends and work with management for resolution
• Provide feedback to management and rest of billing team to ensure claims are billed out correctly.

Qualifications:

• Workers Compensation Claims Processing background; either provider or carrier based.
• Knowledge of iHCFA website along with additional Comp and no Fault websites
• Minimum 1 year billing experience. Ortho preferred.
