 Responsibilities of Director of Medical Billing:
• Manage the staffing and training of billing and coding departments
• Oversee and manage the performance and development of direct reports including billing and coding managers
• Oversee, manage, and audit PRL billing practices, including insurance, contracts, master files, billing platforms, and accounts
• Work with president, executive management and client management teams to maintain client relationships by addressing needs and issues

Qualificationsof Director of Medical Billing:
• 4 year degree, preferably in Business
• 7+ years’ experience in a leadership position
• Experience in healthcare environment and familiarity with medical billing process required
